Privacy Policy

1. What this covers

This policy describes what Palomar Data Systems collects through this site and what it does with it. It is incorporated by reference into the Master Subscription Agreement, which controls where the two conflict.

2. What we collect

• The email address of the account signing in.
• The organization that account belongs to.
• A record of accepting these documents: who, which organization, which versions, and when.
• Cultivation data supplied by the Customer or by integrations the Customer has connected.

3. What we do not collect or keep

Passwords are never stored by this site. A sign-in is checked against Palomar Data Systems and the credential is discarded immediately; neither the password nor the authentication token is written to any store or log.

4. Why we hold an acceptance record

Because acceptance forms a contract, we keep evidence of it: the accepting person, their organization, the document versions in force, and the time. It is retained for as long as the subscription runs and for as long afterwards as the agreement requires.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and to deliver reports.
