1. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of this website. They are incorporated by reference into the Master Subscription Agreement, which controls where the two conflict.

2. Sites they apply to

They apply to pdsgrows.com and to its subdomains, including this one (recon.pdsgrows.com).

3. Accounts

Signing in uses a Palomar Data Systems account. Credentials are personal; do not share them, and tell PDS if you believe one has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reach another organization's data, probe the site's access controls, or use automated means to bulk-download content.

5. Availability

Reports publish on a schedule and the site may be unavailable during maintenance. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a grower's own judgement about a room.

6. Changes

These terms may be revised. Revisions are effective when posted at this URL.
